How do you choose your ingredients? 

We source our ingredients for their detoxing and nourishing properties and ensure that they're coming from ethical sources. The coconut oil we use in our facial serums is fair trade and organic.  

 

Do you test on animals? 

Never! And we don’t think there's a need too.  

 

How should I store your products? 

So all of our products are completely natural and the only preservative we use is Vitamin E. Our products are best stored away from sunlight at room temperature.  

 

Where are your products made? 

Made in Toronto, Canada 

 

What is the shelf life of your products? 

Since we only use Vitamin E as a preservative, the shelf life of our products ranges between 6 months – 1 year 

 

Are your products completely natural and vegan? 

  Yes! We use no animal or animal by product. 100% vegan and natural, no toxins or harsh chemicals or harsh preservatives 

 

Shipping Info

 Where does HARLEE beauty ship? 

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.  

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping (to Canada + Unites States) when you spend $40 USD ($55 CAD) or more 

 

Domestic Orders 

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $8 to anywhere in Canada and the United States. Domestic Orders come tracked and will arrive between 4-6 business days once shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping is free if spend $40 USD ($55 CAD) or more.  

 

International Orders  

International shipping can vary depending on the country. All customs are covered by the customer. There may be duties that need to be paid. Please bear this in mind. Your order will arrive within 10-12 business days once shipped.  

 

Are my orders tracked? 

Domestic orders (Canada + United States) are tracked but international orders are not.  

 

Returns, exchanges, damages  

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We take great care in curating our products and therefore do not accept returns at this time. We will certainly exchange items. Shoot us an email.
